2626113 - XSController does not start with error "unique constraint violated: Table(STOREDDOMAIN)"

Symptom

During installation of XSA, one default domain has been setup. After installation, follow section Changing the Default Domain in link Setting Up the XS Advanced Runtime Behind a Reverse Proxy to modify default domain to another one. But found xscontroller does not start with following error throw out in xscontroller.out

FAILED to start: Could not startup the controller components: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationExceptionSapDB: [301]: unique constraint violated: Table(STOREDDOMAIN)
