2626137 - Parameter <user.id> in KM doesn't call User's ID

Symptom

When generating a URL using the <User.id> parameter it would be expected that the Login ID of the user calling the URL would be dynamically inserted in it's place. In EP 7.30 upwards, the behaviour has changed and when attempting to call a folder based on the user's ID, an Item Not Found error may be returned.
