2626189 - Unable to establish HTTP connection error occur when performing Directory objects CPA cache update in HTTPS mode

You have enabled SSL for PI, after that the CPA cache update of Directory data failed in Integration Builder with the following error:

Unable to establish HTTP connection https://<host>:<port>/CPACache/invalidate
Unable to notify Adapter Engine "af.xx.xx" that is affected by the data changes

In XPI Inspector trace with example 11 (Authentication, SSL & PP), there is below SSLException:

ssl_debug(1): Sending alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificate
ssl_debug(1): Shutting down SSL layer...
ssl_debug(1): SSLException while handshaking: Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier
communication error

or below error is thrown:

java.io.IOException: Unable to open SSL connection to host "xx:xx". Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier
