Reproducing the Issue
After the Day Light Saving changes across the globe you will see that the Integration Center Jobs are running with a difference of 1hr. This is an expected behaviour.
Cause
Day Light Saving is not auto adjusted for Integration Center's scheduled jobs.
Resolution
You will have to manually adjust the time in the scheduler, whenever the time switch happens.
