2626239 - How Can Time Account Balance Be Set To Expire After Certain Period

Symptom

Is it possible to lapse a Time Account balance after certain period of time? For example: marriage leave of 5 days should lapse after 6 months.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Resolution

  • Currently, Time Account balance expires with the validity/Booking Possible Until date of the Time Account.
  • There is no additional option to set an expiry to the accruals/balance.
  • Refer handbook Updates to Time Accounts on the different options to update the Time Account.
