Symptom

The following error occurs when trying to create a new group or catalog on Fiori Launchpad Designer (FLPD):

  • Error (500, Internal Server Error) in OData response for POST "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST/Pages": HTTP request failed Details: An exception was raised.
  • Request XXX000000 is already released ID: /UI2/CX_WD_CFG_TOOL  
  • An exception was raised ID: /UI2/CX_RUNTIME  
  • An exception was raised ID: /IWBEP/CX_MGW_TECH_EXCEPTION
