This KBA describes how to maintain permission groups

SuccessFactors Employee Central SFAPI

The following are the steps:

1. Go to "Admin Center"
2. Manage Employees -> Set User Permissions ->  Manage Permission Groups ( or Tool Search: Manage Permission Groups)
3. Create New
4. Group Name: SFAPI_SUPPORT|| User Type: Employee || Category: username
5. Search: SAP_SUPPORT
6. Select SAP_SuPPORT
7. Done
8. Done. If everything is OK, you will see that the group name "SFAPI_SUPPORT" was created
