Symptom

The Log Viewer in NWA displays the message below. No functionality errors are observed in the Enterprise Portal.

Unable to retrieve log records, due to: Service call exception; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out (local port <port no.> to address <IP Address> (<url>), remote <port no.> to address <IP Address> (<url>))
