2626359 - Solution Manager system grows large and E2E housekeeping does not work or is slow - SAP ASE

One or all of the following problems are observed on Solution Manager system running on SAP ASE database:

• Unprecedented growth is seen on the Solution Manager' SID database
• Tables grow very large and the system runs out of space frequently
• TIME_OUT dumps and disconnects during runtime, are frequent
• E2E Housekeeping jobs, compression jobs, UPDATE STATISTICS jobs do not run at all or are very slow
• Selective deletion, maintenance of aggregates jobs are also slow
• stacktrace errors are seen in the ASE errorlog referencing the function: LePtnScanOp::_LapoSetupAPScan()

Following conditions are met:

• SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) 7.1 / 7.2
