2626438 - Error message starting NWBC: The user menu tree is empty

Symptom

When starting NWBC for HTML or Business Client Desktop application, an error message will be displayed:

  • ERROR: "The user * tree for user * is empty."
  • "The user menu tree for user * is empty. Please contact your system administrator."
  • "The user menu tree for user * with role * is empty. Please contact your system administrator."
