2626566 - Import Time Type via "Import and Export Data" fails with no job response

Cannot import Time Type file under "Import and Export Data" page.  The verification of Time Type file is passed before importing. But when it is import to the system, the result is failed without any log.

The columns of import file are not in sequence as per the system configuration.

Please use the latest import file template by exporting the Time Type template from 'Import and Export Data' tool.
