2626661 - XSA post install failing during HANA update "tenantDB Authentication".

Symptom

During a HANA revision update the XSA post install phase is failing with the following errors:

hdblcm.log:

Installing SAP HANA XS RUNTIME to /hana/shared/<SID>/xs...
Configuring software...
Installation failed
error installing
Cannot install
Custom event postInstall failed

hbdinst_xs_offlin.log:

com.sap.xs2rt.core.installation.utils.InstallationException: Error during update SBSS within tenantDB: [10]: authentication failed
