2626830 - How to check the Average System Availability Report for a particular duration.

Symptom

You need to check the System Availability Report.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Service Control Center Work Center.
  • Go to System Availability View.

Cause

  • System Availability Report is not maintained correctly.
  • For Credit Claim, if system availability is less than 99.5% for any particular Month.
  • To check the System Availability Report for a particular duration.

Resolution

Under the Average Availability (Current System), Average Availability will be shown corresponding to each Month.

To check for Previous Year or Month, follow the below steps:

  • Left click on Show More.
  • Click on Analyze Data.
  • In Calender Month/ Year, Choose the duration for which you want to check the System Availability Report.
  • Click on Go.
