Symptom

Filter is not working on product column under product facet in opportunity

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center
  2. Go to the Opportunities view
  3. Open opportunity id XYZ(XYZ represents opportunity id)
  4. Go to Products facet
  5. Filter on product column

System shows 'No records found'

Cause

The column product has both product id and description, hence filter is not working

Resolution

Please use the additional column (Product Id) to search for product by ID, or Column (Description) if search by product description. See below scrrenshot for your reference.
