2626983 - Non-Localized Country: Withholding Tax Return Run - Work Package ID System Error

You have executed a Withholding Tax Return Run for a non-localized country which finished in error:

'Work package ID XYZ system error; report an incident' (XYZ means an alphanumeric code for Work package ID).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the Periodic Tasks > Withholding Tax Return Runs view.
3. Search for Run ID XXX (XXX means the Run ID).
4. Open the respective Application Log with Overall Status in red.
5. Under General tab, notice the error message: 'Work package ID XYZ system error; report an incident'.

In the respective solution in SAP Cloud Applications Studio, you have not maintained the Payment Attributes node for the concerned BC Set.

You should maintain the Payment Attributes node in the BC Set for the respective solution, and after that, re-execute the Withholding Tax Return Run, which should finished successfully then.
