2627051 - User with Read, Write or Admin authorization cannot access project element

Symptom

  • A user is manually assigned "Read", "Write" or "Admin" ACL authorization on a task, phase or other project element.
  • The user does not have any authorizations on the project header.
  • When trying to access the project element via side entry (e.g. via the task dashboard, via a search or via a URL link) the user gets error messages such as "You require authorization to display Project ...", "You require authorization to display Phase ...".
