2627054 - Resource Scheduler – Warning Message When Dragging and Dropping Demands

• When dragging and dropping a Demand to an available Resource, the following warning message is displayed:
• "Please use not more than 1 party(ies) of role Service Technician."

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to the Resource Scheduler work center.
2. Navigate to the Resource Scheduler view.
3. Under All Demands, locate the list of demands available for scheduling.
4. Drag and drop any Demand to an available Resource.
5. The following warning message is displayed: "Please use not more than 1 party(ies) of role Service Technician."

The Service Technician party role is marked as Unique in the Party Role Determinations configuration.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Navigate to the Overview view.
3. Under Activities, search for Ticket for Customer Support.
4. Select Maintain Involved Parties.
5. Locate the Service Technician party role.
6. Uncheck the Unique option for the Service Technician party role.
7. Save the changes.
