2627226 - Native Feeds Missing in the System

Native feeds missing after integrating the system with SAP JAM.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Pre-requisites:

You have already integrated your system with SAP JAM.

1. Go to the Feeds work centre.
2. Select the Feed view.

You can see only the feeds coming from JAM, but not the native ones.

This is the expected system behaviour.

As soon as you have integrated SAP Hybris cloud for Customer with JAM you will be able to see the JAM Feeds only.

You can have the JAM or native feeds only in the system. Both feed types are not supported simultaneously in the system.
