2627250 - Cannot create Financial Planning filter for all users via Administrator Personalization

Symptom

  1. You want to create a Financial Planning Filter for all users, not just for your user.
  2. Being aware that this works for saving some WebDynpro ALV / dashboard settings for all users, you try to do so by accessing the frontend in Administrator Personalization mode and then creating/changing the filter.
  3. This does not work: even when accessing the frontend in Administrator Personalization mode, you can only save the filter for your own user.
