2627252 - Custom KPIs are displayed with the incorrect scaling

You have created a new KPI and realised that it is displaying the result for example in Thousand Euro,  instead of displaying the actual figures. For example displaying 1.2 T Euro instead of 1200 Euro.

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the view Design KPIs.
3. Show only the Customer Created KPIs.
4. Select the KPI ABC (ABC represents a custom KPI that you created).
5. Click on Preview.
6. You will notice that your KPI is displaying in T€ and you don't see the actual figure.

The KPI has the setting 1.000 for scaling maintained.

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the view Design KPIs.
3. Show only the Customer Created KPIs.
4. Select the KPI you would like to change the scaling for.
5. Edit the KPI.
6. Go to the tab General.
7. Under Value Setting you have the option to change the value for Scale.

If the Scale option is not available under Value Setting, please do the following steps:

1. Perform the first 5 steps mentioned above.
2. Go to Adapt and click on Enter Adaptation Mode.
3. Go to Adapt and click on Edit Screen.
4. Under Sections, please select the Value Setting.
5. Under Fields, please tick the box for Scale.
6. Click on Save and leave the Adaptation Mode.
7. You can now change the scaling from 1.000 to 1 (or whatever scaling is required).
