2627378 - Error occured when trying to approve Final approver of a termination workflow

• You would receive an application error when trying to approve Final approver of a termination workflow (Terminate workflow).
• The application error id would be accompanied by the fingerprint id:15b260ec612f1c536f081a4ec2b69687e49dfc6c

Data mismatch issue: there could be the following 2 reasons:

1. When the workflow was triggered, the user had subordinates under him/her. One or more subordinates have been terminated in the system since then. Now, the system cannot find them to move under a new manager on completion of the final approval.
2. When the workflow was triggered, the user had subordinates under him/her. One or more subordinates have been moved under a new manager since then. Now, the system cannot find them to move under a new manager (who was selected while submitting the termination request) on completion of the final approval.

• Since there is mismatch between the data captured in the workflow and actual data in the system, the exception is thrown by the system.
• Support Team: Please see Internal Memo for log details.

• Withdraw the existing workflow and trigger it new. The new workflow should not have issues. 
• Some of the direct reports in workflow could have already transferred to new manager even before the effective date of the transfer date on the workflow that is to be approved. Therefore, take care of already moved users manually.
• To address the issue, withdraw the workflow then re-initiate the termination again so that recent data for the to be terminated user is captured in the workflow request.
