2627390 - After DB patching production IDM is not functioning

Symptom

You have recently patched your ASE DB. After the patch you notice that IDM UI and jobs are not working correctly.

After checking the Default Traces in NWA you notice the following error (or something similar) is thrown:

retrieveTabs error
[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.idm.jmx.exceptions.IdmException: Could not get MSKEY for logged-in user
at com.sap.idm.jmx.ic.EntryUtil.getMskeyForCurrentUser(EntryUtil.java:1122)

and

The column prefix 'dbo.mxi_attributes' does not match with a table name or alias name used in the query. Either the table is not specified in the FROM clause or it has a correlation name which must be used instead.
