Symptom

The approvers are not receiving email notifications related to approval tasks because the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND is not running as expected. If you have scheduled a job for this report, on transaction SM37 it is possible to check on Spool logs that the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND is locked.
