Symptom

  • When launching the Fiori Launchpad URL, the following error is presented in the browser before logon screen is presented:
    Error: 500 SAP Internal Server Error
  • Can occur after a database refresh or system copy
  • No errors appear in transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG
  • No dumps appear in transaction ST22
