2627637 - Mandatory Parameter Error displayed when only using Optional Parameters with a Lumira Dashboard in BI Launchpad

Symptom

After creating a Lumira Dashboard off of a managed BW query which only has optional parameters and publishing that dashboard to Enterprise, four warnings appear in the parameter prompting screen in BI Launchpad.  It does not appear to matter how many parameters there are, there are always four warnings.

The warnings are:

Mandatory parameter "DATA_SOURCE_ALIAS_REF" is not available

Mandatory parameter "DATA_SOURCE_ALIAS_REF" is not available for "ITE" "LUMIRA_FILTER_BAR_COMPONENT".
