2627855 - It is not Possible to Delete a Sales Quote

It is not possible to delete a Sales Quote.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Search for the sales quote XYZ1 (where XYZ1 is the sales quote id) with Progress as Pending.
4. Click on the delete action.

An error Deletion not possible once document is submitted is triggered.

The sales quote document can only be deleted if:

• The quote was not submitted to a customer.

• The quote was not submitted to a manager for approval.

• No follow-up document, such as an activity, for the sales quote exists.

This is an expected system behavior.
