2627888 - Rule to restrict Combination of shifts in timesheet.

you want to create a rule to restrict the user from requesting two different types of attendance on the same shift.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions
• Timesheet

There are two possible rules you can create to achieve this and you'll have different results for each rule as you can see below:

• Rule A: All the attendances will be restricted which means that the user will be able to request only one per shift:

• Rule B: is more simple and you'll use if you want to restrict only certain types of attendances of being requested together, in this case EMEA shift and on call can't be requested on the same shift but I can request any other with EMEA shift or on call:
