2628069 - How to search for particular terms on the whole tenant? - [SAP Jam / SAP Work Zone]

• How to search for a term on the whole instance, so that we can identify for example links and URLs that needed to be changed or any other text that need to be found by an admin user.
• What about in SAP Build Work Zone Advanced Edition / SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone ?

SAP Jam Admins are able to search for terms on the whole instance including groups that they are not member of.

For this to be able, it is needed to enable Content Administration on the Jam Admin Page > Compliance & Security > Content Administration. After this enabled you will be able to search for terms in any group in the instance, including the ones that the admin user is not member of.
