2628111 - ODBC call SQLDriverConnect for data source failed when running the job

Symptom

  • When running the job it gives error - ODBC call SQLDriverConnect for data source <ODBC Datasource name> failed: [ProvideX][ODBC Driver][PVKIO]Logon failed. Notify Customer Support.
  • Customer is using a Generic 3rd party ODBC driver
  • The datastore connection and import table works fine in Designer, issue is only when running the job. Job Server and Designer on same machine.
