• SAP BOE LIVE DATA CONNECT 2.x or 3.x

1. Install SAP BOE Live Data Connect per https://help.sap.com/viewer/8c42716c6977461b8eec8216a28ac1a6/latest/en-US/89f79e1d873c4d7fa2bb65f7de851ffc.html
   
2. Browse to https://<Tomcat Host>:<Tomcat Port>/sap/boc/ina/GetServerInfo
3. Notice the error

GetServerInfo from SAP BOE LIVE DATA CONNECT does not support interactive login

1. Test SAP BOE LIVE DATA CONNECT per https://help.sap.com/viewer/6be6d1fc887046f7a5e5c1aa52505e86/latest/en-US/14b7943431bb4fb08b73b6ef4f43ab88.html
   
2. Test Live Data Connection to SAP Universes in SAP Analytics Cloud
3. Narrow down issues using trace logs per https://help.sap.com/viewer/6be6d1fc887046f7a5e5c1aa52505e86/latest/en-US/045d76c25e2848c2b33fdfc6d8607935.html
4. Ensure the prerequisites on the BOE Tomcat are met, specially, re-create the secEnterprise trustedPrincipal.conf configuration
   (creating a new shared secret in case everything else is known to be configured correctly)
