• SAP Analytics Cloud 2018.5.1

1. Open model
2. Go to Datasources tab
3. Select datasource
4. Click Schedule Settings button
5. Click "Repeating"
6. Change Recurrence to Weekly Every 1 week Start Date: Apr 6, 2018 (or a later date) End Date: Dec 31,2018 Start time 13:00 EDT
7. Click Save

This issue is resolved in 2018.7

Workaround: 

1. Select the datasource you want to create a schedule for.
2. Click the Import Settings icon (middle  icon).
3. Then click the cancel button in the Import settings side bar.
4. Then continue to schedule the datasource as before. The error should not appear and you should get a successful message.
