2628172 - Incorrect Financial Institution Linked to Routing Number

Symptom

Routing Number is not linked to the correct Bank

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Onboarding Module
  2. Navigate to Settings > Panels > New Employee Step > E_DirDep2
  3. Type the affected bank routing number
  4. View the associated bank name in Financial Institution

Cause

Routing number needs to be updated by SAP product Support

Resolution

  1. Log into customer's Onboarding Application 
  2. Click Reference Files -> Banks from the Dashboard
  3. Find the routing number and make sure the Bank name matches as expected
