Report parameters are not passed to sub report when scheduled in BI

Report parameters may be passed to DB as NULL

Report may refresh within the CR 2016 client application quickly but schedule within BI slowly.

Database administrator may notice that Stored Procedure is being run twice, the first time the Stored Procedure may not have all parameters passed.

You may notice much slower schedule times between your old BOE or BI environment and your new BI environment.
