2628336 - Issuing storage location ignored in BAPI_PO_CREATE1 when creating cross-company STO

You create a cross company (aka intercompany) stock transfer order (STO) via BAPI_PO_CREATE1. In this case you need to enter a vendor number for the PO header.
You also want to specify an issuing storage location in the STO line item and therefore you fill the POITEM-SUPPL_STLOC and the corresponding POITEMX field.
However, the BAPI does not take over the issuing storage location and the STO is created without it.

On the other hand, the issuing storage location is taken over correctly for intracompany STOs where a supplying plant is entered on the PO header instead of the vendor.
