2628567 - How to check the SuccessFactors Odata API Subversion on all entities

Symptom

You know how to verify the API Sub Version individually, on Admin Center > Configure Object Definition:

You need to know the API Subversions for all your SuccessFactors Odata entities.

Environment

SuccessFactors Odata API

Resolution

  1. Login in to SuccessFactors instance;
  2. Go to Admin Center > Import and Export Data (use the tool search):

  1. Select the action to perform: Export Data;
  2. Select Generic Object > Export:

  1. Go back to Admin Center;
  2. On the search tool, search for Monitor Job:

  1. On Monitor Job, it is possible to verify if the export was done:

  1. Click on Download Status to download the export (This link is on the last column from the table on step 7);
  2. After download, open the .zip file > Open the file Object Definition.csv:

  1. The API Subversion is showed on a specific column.
