2628653 - How to Determine Which Time Account Type a PEP Posting Refers To

• It may be required that you need to delete / correct PEP postings.
• If you export the time account details via import and export data, and filter by Posting Type, there is no filter for Time account type.
• So you only have a list of PEP postings for all time account types and it may be difficult / a lot of manual effort to find out which PEP postings belong to the time account type you are looking for.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

• There is a field on the Time Account Detail Object called "changecalendar".
• This is set to not visible by default.
• Set this to read only and do the export again.
• Now there is a column in the export file for Change Calendar, and you can see the external code of the PEP job you need.
• So you can filter by this column and find all of the PEP postings related to the associated PEP calendar.
