2628656 - Single time email issues (KBA + future enhancement) - Recruiting Management

This article should be used under the following circustances:

• Single time automatically triggered emails being sent to incorrect recipients;
• Single time emails being sent with improper attachments/content;
• Single time occurrences when an automatic email was NOT sent and the functionality was restored right after that.

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (all versions)

As per engineering (RCM-41435), we are currently unable to determine why issues such as the ones described above may occur. According to them, we must believe it was caused by a sort of server issue that was resolved right after the server restarted. There is a workforce in place to gather all these occurrences so we may engage PM and engineering to have it resolved in future releases. All incidents linked to this KBA may be used as referece for future usage.

For now, we are recommended to inform our clients these issues tend not to happen again in the future and if they insist to hear from Development, we should have an RCA Jira raised.
