2628715 - DSI goes down with duplicate error reported for rs_ticket_history in external RepServer when replicate out from HADR - SRS 16.0

Symptom

  • Setup external replication from HADR.
  • Enable rs_ticket_report in external Replication Server.
  • When the RMA user is anything other than DR_admin, the tickets in the HADR flow to external SRS cause duplicate error:

    ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(107(1) ASE.DB) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5165)
    Message from server: Message: 2601, State 6, Severity 16 -- 'Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'rs_ticket_history' with unique index 'rs_ticket_idx''.
    Message from server: Message: 3621, State 0, Severity 10 -- 'Command has been aborted.
