2628736 - Error (action not saved and sent since SAP component <Component> incorrect) when creating V.High incident from Managed/Satellite system

Symptom

When trying to create a V.High incident from Managed/Satellite system using Help --> Create Support Message, the following error is encountered:
"Error (action not saved and sent since SAP component <Component> incorrect)
Message No. BCOS041"
