2628825 - ChaRM Content Activation errors "Technical_system_not_found" and “Unknown system” workaround for decommissioned systems

Symptom

In Content Activation guided procedure 2 (GP2) there are these activities for ChaRM that end with errors:

  • Step1 Check Prerequisites - Check Readiness of ChaRM Content shows error: 
    • "Technical_system_not_found" for product system &1 (see note 2334553) AI_SMMIG_MSG_CHECK052
  • Step2 Activate Content - ChaRM Content activation shows error:
    •  Unknown system &1 for project &2 /TMWFLOW/MISC405
    • Could not enable Change Request Management content for project &1  AI_SMMIG_GP533
