2629001 - LSMW or SHDB does not work correctly when updating time series calendar

Symptom

SHDB or LSMW is used to change time series calendar with the recording of t-code /SAPAPO/CALENDAR.
Though the process is successful, and the result looks correct in transaction code /SAPAPO/CALENDAR, the change is not correctly reflected when the calendar is used in certain scenarios (e.g. scheduling or working hours evaluation).
