Technical error in Business communication monitoring view under Application user management work center with above mentioned error

SAP Business ByDesign

You may check it further by following steps where you will see related error details

1. Go to Application user management work center
2. Go to Communication arrangement
3. Select the respective communication arrangement
4. Click on View all
5. Go to Advanced settings
6. Go to Technical data
7. Click on Outbound
8. Click on check connection you will see error given below

SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR")

The certificate chain of the server host is missing in the certificate trust list  in your ByDesign system and thus this error occurred

Note: This is one of possible reasons for this error

You need to contact the person who maintains the communication arrangements to upload the certificates

Please find below steps where we you have to upload the certificates in ByDesign

1. Go to Application user management work center
2. Go to common task Edit Certificate Trust List
3. Click on Upload
