2629275 - Load Balancing Behavior in SAP PI/PO Without a Web Dispatcher or External Load Balancer

Symptom

In an SAP Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) landscape without a Web Dispatcher or third-party load balancing tool, it is observed that message processing load is handled predominantly by a single instance, even though multiple instances and Java server nodes are available.

Sender polling adapters (for example, File or JDBC sender channels) are not distributing the load evenly across all configured instances or nodes.
