2629277 - Unable to Delete Resume in Candidate Profile - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When trying to delete the resume in the candidate profile, the trash can icon does not appear.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Careers;
  2. Select My Candidate Profile;
  3. Look at the resume attached;

Cause

This is caused by the Resume field being mandatory. In the Candidate Profile Template the Required option is equals True.

Resolution

If you want to the resume to be removeable you need to change the option Required from the resume field in the Candidate Profile Template.

When the field is not required, you can see that the trash icon is going to appear:

If you want the field to be still required and change the resume, just click in the pencil Icon right next to the resume.
