2629413 - Error: DBTech JDBC: [403] - SAP HANA Streaming

• SAP HANA 2.0 is installed as part of installation of SAP Enterprise Threat Detection.
• In the configuration phase of SAP HANA Streaming, when initializing the connection between a tenant database and a streaming service (see SAP HANA Smart Data Streaming: Configuration and Administration Guide > Initializing the Connection Between a Tenant Database and a Streaming Service), the statement of "ALTER SYSTEM INITIALIZE SERVICE" is executed and reports errors:  

Could not execute 'ALTER SYSTEM INITIALIZE SERVICE 'streamingserver' at 'myhost:30016' with CREDENTIAL TYPE ...' in 23.020 seconds .
SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error: Call to streamingclusterutil returned: 1 Sql execution complete
