2629449 - Need assistance in implementing Crossboarding - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • We are using onboarding process; now we want to implemment crossboarding
  • How to setup internal transfer
  • How to trigger crossboarding from EC

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

Crossboarding From EC:

  1. Enable Intelligent Service
  2. Configure Business rule in EC (http://help.sap.com/hr_ec )
  3. Enable Internal Hire Feature in Super admin -> Features
  4. Create Custom process (Review Implementation guide : How to Create a Custom Process) and add filters to trigger this crossboarding process. Condition should include Internal Hire = true.
  5. Also review "Crossboarding with Employee Central Workflow" in the Admin guide
