2629460 - How to determine the original agent of a workitem and how to end a substitution in transaction SBWP

Symptom

  • It is not evident whom you are substituting from transaction SBWP by going to Settings/ Workflow settings/ Adopt substitution, because the checkboxes are empty.
  • It is not possible to end substitution from transaction SBWP by going to Settings/ Workflow settings/ Adopt substitution.
