2629674 - Time Type Group error in evaluation

I have condition in the implementation that if any employee does overtime on weekdays or weekends or PH the rate of pay toggles between OT1.5 and OT2.0.  The time valuation rules are written for each condition and the resulting pay type is assigned in multiple places. E.g. In weekday more than 3hr - OT2.0 In PH - OT2.0 Hence the rules are written for OT (refer to attached document) and saved to a time recording profile. However the timesheet is showing a valuation error saying OT2.0 is used in multiple places in above and below groups.But this is standard, you cannot create a new OT2.0 for every rule as they are mapping to ECP (1 to 1).

Valuing time type group Group / (not valuated) lead to an ambiguous result because this group is used as Time Type Group Below or Time Type Group Above in several time valuations assigned to your time recording profile. Please have an administrator review your time recording profile to ensure that only a single time valuation is assigned that is using time type group Group/ (not valuated).

Please verify the time recording profile to ensure that only a single time valuation is assigned to it, that is using this particular time type group.

Using of multiple time type groups in the same time recording profile is not supported.
