2629697 - Copy button appears greyed out for Interactive Forms

You want to Copy an Interactive Form 'As New Variant' or 'As New Template' but the Copy button appears greyed out.

BusinessByDesign

1) Login to system.

2) Go to Application and User Management Work Center.

3) Scroll to or Search for Form Template with name XXX(Interactive).

4) Select the row of the Template.

5) Copy button remains greyed out.

The Interactive forms cannot be copied.

This is the current system behavior.
