Symptom
When creating a transport route on HANA Application Lifecycle Management (HALM), the web page becomes unresponsive at the "Create transport route" similar to below:
After confirming the "Source System" and "Target System" are both online and operational, proceed to check the xs engine trace where the HALM system is hosted (the Target System).
The following error is observed in the xsengine.trc of the HALM system:
